The discovery call is a relaxed 30-minute conversation. We will talk through what you are currently managing, what feels overwhelming, and how my care coordination services can help take tasks off your plate.
All care coordination services are provided virtually, making them accessible to families throughout the United States.
Support is billed at $60 per hour in 15-minute increments, so you only pay for the exact time spent working on your family's needs.
I work with families who are caring for children with complex medical, developmental, behavioral, or educational needs. Every family's journey is different, and you don't need a specific diagnosis to benefit from my services.
Absolutely.
While my personal journey has been shaped by raising a child with autism, ADHD, and PANS, every family's story is different. Your child may have different diagnoses, different needs, and different challenges.
What connects us isn't the diagnosis.
It's the invisible weight that comes with caring for a child with complex needs—the appointments, paperwork, research, phone calls, insurance, school meetings, and the mental load of trying to hold everything together.
If any part of that feels familiar, I'd be honored to support your family.
I help families organize the countless behind-the-scenes tasks that come with caring for a child with complex needs. This may include organizing medical records, coordinating appointments, researching resources, completing paperwork, tracking important information, and helping you stay on top of the never-ending to-do list.
I am not a doctor, attorney, therapist, insurance representative, or educational advocate. I do not provide medical, legal, or clinical advice. My role is to help organize, coordinate, research, and support your family's needs so you can focus on what matters most—your child.
At this time, my services are private pay and are not covered by insurance.
No. I work with families throughout the United States. Because my services are primarily virtual, I can support you no matter where you're located.
Absolutely. Whether you need help researching resources, preparing paperwork, or tackling another project, I'm happy to discuss how I can support your family's needs.
It all begins with a free discovery call. We'll talk about your family's needs, answer any questions you have, and determine whether Neda Family Operations is the right fit for you.
