Neda Family Operations wasn’t created from a business plan. It was born from years of living the life so many families know all too well. I know what it’s like to spend hours researching specialists, making phone calls, organizing medical records, fighting through insurance obstacles, keeping track of appointments, and carrying the invisible mental load that comes with caring for a child with complex needs.
I also know how isolating it can feel when it seems like you’re expected to become the project manager of your child’s entire life overnight. After stepping away from my corporate career to care for my son, I built the systems, organization, and processes our family needed just to keep moving forward. Today, I use those same skills to help other families spend less time managing the logistics, and more time being present with their child. Because sometimes the greatest gift you can give a family isn’t another opinion. It’s someone who quietly helps carry the load.
